BOARD OF DIRECTORS
President: Dennis Cowles
Born and raised in the Canal Zone, Panama, Dennis spent his formative years in the tropics before finding his way to the great state of Texas in Austin in 1990. He held several management positions with retail stores such as Rooster Andrews, Golfsmith International where he met his wife, Dena, and Converse. His management career led him to Hawaii where he spent almost two decades. The opportunity to operate his father-in-law's pest control company and continue the legacy of Acme All Pest Exterminators (50 years and counting) paved the way back to Texas in 2014. Dennis is currently on the board of the Greater Houston Area Pest Control Association as Treasurer and has been an active member for nine years. Dennis and his wife of 27 years have one daughter, Kaylee, who is a Senior at Baytown Christian Academy, and the family passionately supports life. They attend Second Baytown and most Sunday’s you will find them serving as greeters. Dennis is also an active board member at Second. Dennis is excited to serve as a PRCE board member and brings 30+ years of business management experience.
Vice President: David Truncale
David Truncale: Began serving at PRCE in 2003 as a member of the Board of Directors. He attends: Alliance Bible Church. Married to Donna Truncale and have three children and 8 grandchildren. David graduated from Lamar University and Lee College. He has worked in Accounting, Computer Science, Law Enforcement and Chaplaincy.
Secretary: Kristine Vermillion
Kristine is the wife of Bryan and the proud mother of Noah, Gentry, and Shelby. She and her husband have been supporters of the PRCE since they married in 2001. She is currently the VP of Finance for her family’s small manufacturing and wholesale distribution company, Glove Guard, LP. She also serves as the Editor for Five Aspects Ministries. She is a member of Rollingbrook Fellowship and regularly serves on the music ministry team there. She holds a Master of Theology degree from Dallas Theological Seminary, a Master of Literature degree from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities, and an Associate of Science in Nursing. She also serves as President for the Southeast Texas Choral Society, is a board member for the Baytown Symphony Orchestra, and has recently become a board member of the PRCE. Community College.
Treasurer: Nancy Hall
Nancy began to first work on forming PRCE in early 1993 with a steering committee. She is an active member of Memorial Baptist Church. She is married to Mark Hall and have three adult children and two granddaughters. ​

Member at Large: Jacob (Jake) LeBlanc
Jake grew up in Baytown and graduated from Sterling High School. He received his Bachelor’s, Master’s and Doctoral degrees from Sam Houston State University in the field of education. He worked briefly as a teacher in Huntsville, but spent most of his career as an administrator in Katy. He and his wife, Melissa (school counselor), both retired from Katy ISD and have relocated to Beach City to be near their parents and family. They have been married over 30 years and have 3 grown children; Nathan- Oil Industry Employee, Zach- Computer Engineer and Hannah-P.A. school student. They are members of Holy Trinity Catholic Church. Jake is active in his church, loves spending time with family/friends, loves being outside and has started mentoring
in Barbers Hill ISD.
Member at Large: Denise Hyde
Denise Hyde brings a wealth of experience in education, leadership, and service to the board of PRCE. With a background in Bible College and over 7 years of teaching experience, Denise is passionate about empowering others through education. As a homeschooling mother, she successfully homeschooled two daughters through their graduation and served as President of the Baytown Homeschool Group for four years. Prior to that, Denise held various leadership positions within the group for seven years, fostering community and support for homeschooling families. In addition to her educational and leadership roles, Denise has been an active member of her church, volunteering as a Small Group Leader and working as Dream Team Leader, demonstrating a deep commitment to serving others. As a real estate agent for the past 3.5 years, Denise brings a unique perspective to the board, combining professional expertise with a strong desire to serve and support the community.
Denise and her husband, Lynn, have been happily married for over 33 years and have experienced the joy and fulfillment of adoption, having adopted two daughters. She has a passion for adventure and enjoys spending time with her golden retriever and grandson.
With a heart for service and a dedication to making a positive impact, Denise is excited to contribute to the mission of PRCE and help further it's important work in the community.
Member at Large: Tracy Gray
Tracy Gray is the proud mother of three wonderful daughters, two sons-in-law, and two delightful grandchildren. For nearly 30 years, she and her husband have dedicated themselves to ministry, specifically in children's ministry. Alongside their church service, Tracy has spent over 21 years as an associate director at MD Anderson Cancer Center, overseeing their community locations. Together with her husband, they are passionate about serving both their community and their church. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, exploring new dining experiences, and cherishing moments with her children and grandchildren.
Member at Large: Nancy Hall Lange
Nancy Hall Lange has been associated with PRCE since 2000, serving in various paid and volunteer positions including Executive Director 2000-2006 and Board member 2007-2019. She attends Fisher Road Baptist Church in Beach City, and has been married to Don for 48 years. They enjoy their son Don Jr, daughter-in-law Tiffany, and grandchildren Cameron, Maisyn, Emmie Rose and Beckham. Life’s challenges have taught Nancy to depend on the Saviour, Jesus Christ.​
Executive Director: Gail Davis Duhon
Gail has been involved with this ministry since the first training close to 30 years ago. She is the current Executive Director since 2011 and was the Center Director 2004-10. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management. Gail is the mother of 4 and has 4 grandchildren. She's a member of Mercy Gate Church and serves on the Board of Directors for Global Contributions (Terra Nova Children's Home).
